FAQs

How do I pay?

When it comes to paying for your installation, our favourite payment method is cash, followed by BACS. We can take card payments if necessary but prefer cash or BACS as we are charged card fees (even for debit card payments).

Can I stay & watch you do the work?

We don’t allow customers to stay in our workshop while we’re completing the work. We have a caravan that is set up as a waiting area and an outside table and chairs if the weather is good. Most of our customers walk into Wantage to a coffee shop or to walk around the town while their install is completed.

Can I bring my dog with me?

You are welcome to bring your dog(s) with you, but they must be kept on lead on site at all times. There is poultry & other dogs onsite, so please keep your dog on lead at all times.

Are there any facilities on site?

If you can camping on site, we only have fresh water. We don’t have EHU, toilets or waste dumping facilities. You need to be fully self contained if you are staying over night on site.
